SimpliChat is its own company. We make software for a small number of firms. This product exists because those firms already talk to clients in chat, and they want those conversations shared across the team and in Clio, without anyone copying them by hand.

We are not a Clio reseller. We do not sit in the firm’s Clio account as a billed user. A firm connects SimpliChat by authorizing our application. They can disconnect it the same way.

The public listing exists so that authorization can live on an application we own — not on a seat inside a client firm.
